It’s more than just a t-shirt… it’s an invitation!

It’s been a long time since I made a t-shirt but now I wanted to make more than just a church shirt-I wanted to make a tool for outreach. I wanted to make something that would at least make people curious if not conversational with the person in the shirt. So here it is:

On the back we have the SMC manifesto. This is an invitation to follow Jesus with us into the saved life and how Jesus makes a difference in how we live. You’ll notice there is a symbol under every question that is graphically related to it’s question: lion=courage, hourglass=never bored, star=satisfaction, swiss army knife=readiness, shaking hands=never lonely.

Then on the front I have the SMC cube. I found this years ago. I believe it graphically shows the solid interconnectedness of our church, then I laid those symbols on the SMC to create a curiously image infused logo.

What does this mean? What are the letters? This shirt is meant to invite questions-the sermon series I just did gives you the answers. To get to the first message in the series (it starts at 33:39) click HERE

If you want a shirt click HERE. Just know our shirt store closes on store Tuesday Aug. 26th at Midnight-so order before then! All shirts ordered by then will be delivered to you at SMC in around 2 weeks. If it's after the 26th send me an email that you want a shirt and I'll have the store open up again likely around Sept. 10th.

I hope you will use this tool to invite people to follow Jesus with us!

PS-BIG THANKS-to everyone who already bought a shirt in our last order-they are in your SMC mailbox-unless you bought so many they couldn’t fit in your box [just see me after worship and I’ll get them to you]. I’m praying for your witness and can’t wait to hear stories of how God uses you in these shirts for His glory and impact :)
